Participant Focus Groups

On March 23rd, PERSONNEL SYSTEMS held the first of a series of focus groups for compINSIGHT^® Hi-Tech current and future participants.  Participants discussed compensation trends and forecasts in the industry, exchanged views regarding hot skills premiums, made suggestions for survey enhancements and new jobs, and discussed ways to use survey data to facilitate attraction and retention.  The session was attended by 40 participants.
